I just finished day 2 of Phase1 today and was wondering if there were others out there doing this? If you have done it, how were you results? I can't believe how sore I am!!! I was just wondering if any of you who are at the 1200 calories for the day, are you eating all your exercise calories back too so you don't go below 1200 calories for the day? Scales
