Is anyone doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12-week Trainer?

I just finished day 2 of Phase1 today and was wondering if there were others out there doing this?

If you have done it, how were you results? I can't believe how sore I am!!! In a good way :)

Its killing me with no cardio though....anyone cave and do cardio a couple times a week. Just wondering how important that is!

    I am redoing the last 2 weeks of stage 1 for 1 full month, then I might move to stage 2. But even then I doubt I will add back in cardio. My goal is to add muscle and get stronger until Chirstmas. Then I'll decide if it's time to cut or what next :)

    I just started phase 2 this week and added the cardio. I feel so much better about it now but I am sure she had her reasons.

    I did however do 30 mins of cardio about 3 times a week anyways because I enjoy a lot of beer and liquor on the weekends
