My grocery day is coming up and I am in total need of some new ideas......SO tell me, what can YOU not leave the grocery without???

smart ones chicken marinara and mozzerella grilled flatbread. i need 10 of 'em lol. OH and eggos fiber plus waffles. mmmm0

Skinless boneless chicken breast
Turkey breast
Low sodium, light tuna fish
Frozen shrimp/fish

Milk (I use 2%)

Fruit (mostly fresh, some frozen)

Nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, sunflower, pumpkin, etc)
Nut butters (peanut, almond, sunflower, cashew, tahini)
Extra virgin olive oil
100% whole wheat, low calorie, high fiber breads
High fiber pita bread
Lowfat crackers
Rice cakes
Hot cereals/oatmeals
Cold wheat cerals
Fruit preserves
Mustard
Salsa
Fat free salad dressings
Low sodium soy sauce
Lowfat marinara sauce

That's part of my grocery list, lol. You can probably get some ideas from that. I have a lot more things on there, but I accidentally copied only half of my list.0

Also, to add to that I buy: 100 calorie paks (by Nabisco), microwave popcorn light butter ACT II brand, hummus used with fresh vegies, Egg Beaters, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats (versus frozen because of less sodium)......and much more that people have already added.......and now it's Farmers Market season, so I frequent them for the fresh produce......0

Plain greek Yogurt, I like Oiko!!. I use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I also make a lot of dips/sauces with it like. For tacos, I mix it with lime juice and garlic powder. Tzaziki sauce is easy, greek yogurt, diced cucumber, salt, garlic and lemon and is great on chicken. I mix it with salsa for some extra protein. On top of veggies I use it mixed with lemon juice and just a dab of all natural mayo and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Seriously, the options with plain yogurt are awesome and endless!0
