That's part of my grocery list, lol. You can probably get some ideas from that. I have a lot more things on there, but I accidentally copied only half of my list.

Also, to add to that I buy: 100 calorie paks (by Nabisco), microwave popcorn light butter ACT II brand, hummus used with fresh vegies, Egg Beaters, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meats (versus frozen because of less sodium)......and much more that people have already added.......and now it's Farmers Market season, so I frequent them for the fresh produce......

Plain greek Yogurt, I like Oiko!!. I use plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I also make a lot of dips/sauces with it like. For tacos, I mix it with lime juice and garlic powder. Tzaziki sauce is easy, greek yogurt, diced cucumber, salt, garlic and lemon and is great on chicken. I mix it with salsa for some extra protein. On top of veggies I use it mixed with lemon juice and just a dab of all natural mayo and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Seriously, the options with plain yogurt are awesome and endless!
