Bread and chocolate, both of which got me to need MFP in the first place. And of course all the things you can put chocolate on, like ice cream ice cream and more ice cream. I used to used 4 to 5 bottles of magic shell to one quart of ice cream. Needless to say I don't keep magic shell anywhere around me anymore....

I totally agree. People that are mean and rude (just plain not nice) I think are generally not happy people. As you say... why bother. Disagree fine, mean not necessary.

I'm on a VLCD and the way I understood it works so you lose the fat and not lose the muscle. The whole food issue and how the body processes it gets very confusing. I don't know why the doctors and nutritionists don't agree.
