thank you. I played with it a little bit today and ate more calories. while I know its not totally accurate I stepped on the scale tonight and I was 3lbs less than this morning, I also had a killer workout today:) I will step on the scale in the AM to see what the verdict is.

Keep going! I started my journey at 294 I am now around 275. Still bigger than you. Just start slow, thats how I did it. Just keep going!!

I carry a 32oz water bottle with me everywhere. I am good for 3 glasses while I work out and 3 after, on my way to pick up kids from preschool and running errands. I fit the rest in with dinner. I also tell myself that water is key in my weightloss. Not every day is perfect but I just keep at it. Good luck!

I am at 1510 right now. I was confused about where to set my calorie goal so I talked to my dr and she said 1500 was good for me (i was at 288lbs at the time) she said not to go below 1200.

I use the c25k app as well. I LOVE it! I have never been a runner before this. I am still on week 1 but have to say for me to stick to it (today will be the 4th day) it must be good:)

Hello all, I am in for february. I have walked 20 miles so far this month. My goal is 70 from today on. I have the the dvd with 1,2,3,4 mile work outs and I love it! I usually go to the gym but I do have to plan to work out at home when the kids are home.

I am so glad I am not the only one that is experiencing this. I have been tracking, working out, and drinking water. :ohwell:
