Thanks everyone! I eat 1200 calories a day or a bit more.. It's all an estimate so I never really closely watch the numbers. I also don't log in calories burned from weight lifting so I can't really tell you how much I burn every day. As for the two days of cardio, I can burn anywhere from 300 - 500 calories per session…

I'm 4'11" and currently 116 lbs. my long term goal weight at the beginning of my journey was 110. I'm shooting for 20% body fat... So I'm also working on building muscle. After I get to 110, if I feel I need more to to lose, I'll go from there. :)

I'm 4'11" and my goal weight is 110. I'm currently at 116. My real goal though is to get to 20% body fat, whatever weight that is.

"You're getting too skinny now." Say whaaaaat? It used to be that I was too fat. Now I'm too skinny? I don't see it.. Where's the middle ground?!

I prefer working out with a buddy, but if we have different goals for our workout that day, I don't mind doing my own thing and meeting up after the workout. It's great motivation and added reassurance, especially if you're weight training. I personally believe you should always have a spotter regardless of what workout…

Myself. I love myself enough to know when enough is enough and that my body deserves better treatment. It's the only one I've got!

I'm turning 22 next month! Trying to get to the goal weight I set out for in February. Only 6-7 pounds to go! Let's be buddies!

I check my weight weekly, in the morning before a food or exercise.

I felt horrible, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Not to mention, I was putting myself at risk for diabetes and I was starting to get really bad lower back pain and I was only 19! Now, I just want to look my best and feel more confident in myself.

I get the whole "oh nooo! Don't count calories! You don't need to!" from my friends but then again I just nod and smile and just do my thing. I don't let comments like that phase me because I know my goal and I'm set out to achieve it and maintain it.

I'm 4'11" and I've lost about 26 pounds total. I have about 14 more to go until I reach my goal weight and I was able to shed pounds off my changing my diet (to whole foods) and by doing Zumba, other cardio, and strength training. :)

Wool! Good job! I'll be your buddy. :D

Soda. I gave it up after I graduated high school. I can't believe i had it multiple times a day. Now I can't really even stomach it.

I've done the entire shred once before and plan on doing it again in a week or so. If you haven't had much experience with weight training, or even interval training, take it slow and take it easy. It's definitely going to be a challenge, but you'll see results if you stick to it. I strength train and do cardio daily and…

I'm 4'11" and I currently weigh 129 pounds. I'm trying to get down to 115 but ultimately 110. I started off at 151. At that point, I felt super self conscious, down about myself, ugly, and just uncomfortable in my own skin. I told myself that enough was enough and so I decided to just get off my butt and start. I lost 20…

Guys who think they're showing off by doing some heavy weights but can't even execute them in proper form. I saw a guy swinging his arms while doing curls with a weight too heavy for him. He looked like a noodle.
