I have been going to the gym back now for about 6 months and have meet a lot of good people. I just make sure that the drool is whipped of my face and the tongue rolled back up and put in my mouth. That and I take off the green plastic helmet and tell the short yellow bus to park down the street.

Also, I haven't read every single comment, but here is my advise. Go to the doctor, tell them that you are trying to lose weight. Have blood test done to see where your at and make sure everything is working correctly. In my case I have Low T and it was causing me to gain weight.

Any goal can be reached by first setting small goals to obtain the larger goal.

Tell him the secret to gaining those calve muscles is to go out and eat everything in sight. Keep the weight on for about 10 years then drop it. I know what you mean, my calve muscles look probable similar.

Like many people have said, you can do this. Don't try and make the goal at 140 pounds to begin with. Make your goal at 5 pounds. Something that isn't that hard to do. Once you have gotten that 5 pounds out of the way, then go to 10 pounds. Much smaller goals make up bigger goals in the long run.

I gained about 2 pounds over the 24th and 25th, but quickly shed those 2 pounds and lost somewhere between 20-25 pounds last month.

I started taking it at the beginning of this week. The first time I took it... I started to really get cold. As the week has progressed that feeling has went away.
