I use the 10 minute solutions Belly, Butt, and Thigh Blasters. I log it as Aerobics-General and/or Callisthenics depending on the type of exercise that i did. Not sure if this is close to accurate or not but its how i log it....lol

I would try a shake, like a Slimfast or Ensure, that would add up to an extra 200-300 cals and be nutrionally sound too.

Thanks everyone, that really helps! I am thinking the morning sounds like the best time to weigh. I don't know if i can stay away from the scale for a week, but maybe i will try every other day, just to make sure I am heading in the right direction! Thanks again for the insight!
