  • Still here and pushing play every day. I am loving the results I am seeing and I feel great.
  • Still pressing play in week 3. I find that I can do a little more each week. I ran a 4 mile road race in cold weather (-4) yesterday and turned out my best time per mile yet. I cant help but think P90X has something to do with it.

  • Wk1 Day6 is done. Overall it was a tough, but very satisfying first week. I tried to stick with the diet as much as I could and worked though all the videos. The toughest part for me so far is the pull-ups. I can barely do 1, then need the chair for the rest of them. Looking forward to rest tonight then starting week 2…

  • I am glad I am not the only one. Everything hurts and its only day 3......I have arms and shoulders/ab ripper today. It hurts but so far this program is living up to all the hype.
  • I ran 3 miles as a warm up then I did chest/back today, and like all of you my arms are so weak right now. Had a tough thime with the pull ups.

  • I feel the same way you do, its going to be great though. Started my "new diet" this morning......cottage cheese, strabberries and 3 oz of shaved ham.
