It is near the end of the month. So far, I have been without soda. Craving for sodas have ended.

Whoo! I'm doing well. I've been drinking lots of water. I don't feel as bloated as I used to. I've gone a full week with no soda.

Haha. There are ALWAYS sweets at my work. The other day it was donuts. I have a major sweet tooth, too. It gets difficult!

Thanks! I feel a little less guilty. I have such a small amount of will power that one is never just one. So, I try to avoid them. There are some cheat days I do but I try not to go overboard.

This is all excellent! As for the pressure cooker, I've used them before. Always afraid of blowing up my face but I'll have to see about getting my own. (Usually use my boyfriend's family's pressure cooker.)
