Good luck everybody with this month everybody did so well last month. Well the countdown to my 25th birthday has truly began. At the end of last month I set myself a challenge to lose 8lbs by my birthday it is a healthy weight to try and go for and well at the the end of last month I had loss the first 2.2lbs of the goal so I have 5.8lbs left to lose before my birthday. Even if I don't get this goal or even if I beat it I will be happy because I will be below 11st since and I have not been that since I was a preteen/young teenage.4 -

To get into the next BMI category I need to lose 6 pounds, not 5, BUT I am working hard to not obsess over numbers, so if I get to 164, great! If not, still great.

I'm in!! It's been quite a while since I've been here. I hit my target weight of 135-138 back in 2015, but loose logging, portion creep, and laziness has led to an uncomfortable gain for me. So here I am with all you amazing folks. My goal is 2-3lbs lost per month (sloooooowww is best for me).
