I asked that when I first started and everyone that replied that was fine...better to have more protien than too many carbs or fat!!! The protien is a little low on here....I go over almost everyday....GOOOD LUCK!

Does he suffer from headaches or migraines normally??? I do and if I am jumping up and down, running, sit ups, ooor even lifting heavy weights ( this is ALL before my fibro!) I would get a headache and sometimes even a migraine. Alot of mine is from a bad neck...has his neck been checked? I WAS able to do some Wii exercise…

Man that is soooo true about the salad dressings...goood grief and that is JUST in 2 TB!! And diet drinks are terrible....but I don't drink them very often...but ya know I did yesterday and it should I gained 1/2 lb!!! And that is with 10 8oz glasses of water ! Hope you have a good week. I am usually a little under on cal...I am not worried about going over on proteins as much as carbs. I asked that quesiton and everyone had said that they are always over on their proteins and not to worry. Baked chicken breast, green beans & red potatoes cut pour 98% fat free cream of chicken soup and bake until chicken in tender. Small salad on the side.

I did that also...but went waaaay over...ate emotionally....but I told myself that I would get right back on it the next day....and I did...But I also told myself that I would not weigh for 2 days...when I got on I had lost!!!
