None of us can diagnose you...

Glad for you on your success, sadley it is not because of those three. Caloric deficit is what made you lose weight. I am with you on dairy and other things. I never really thought much of consuming other an animals milk....not for me. But, if it works for some, go for it! As for sugar, I do not care to much for it as I do…

Fear of failure is something everyone experiences! It is how we deal with it that defines us. When you step outside your comfort zone you feel it kicking in, but when you realize there is nothing to fear....well then it is time to move on to the next obstacle.

Thats not just "elite intensity cardio" There are other components of fitness that he does to!

You wrote what I was thinking...thank you.

Carbs are your number one fuel source for brain activity. Please reference an anp book.

Love your pic! So true!
-
Not necessarily true. Diet is a big part of it. Besides carb and protein what else does our body use as fuel? Fats! What is the body burning during the oxidative energy system.....fat.
-
Not sure what you are looking for here. Stay in the fight? Or perhaps, you can do this? Either way, its simple. Just do it. If you want to lose weight eat less than your TDEE. Its that simple.

Find an activity you love doing. It does not have to necessarily be going to a gym. Maybe hiking, or kayaking, or biking. Try different types of exercise to. Sometimes class settings can be fun, and spark a new interest in the gym:)

As long as it is not Reeses;)

Different goals for different people, I agree. But when you argue something with someone who obviously knows what he isdoing...i find it very humerous. Its like a skinny guy going to the gym trying to show a body builder the correct form.

It is when people are arguing something they are wrong about.
