So I am using a bodybuilding.com program 12 week and I am trying to eat about 2500 - 2800 cals per day and trying to hit approx. 150 Grams of Protein, I am using creatine and fish oil aswell. I have alot of loose skin around my belly which is the result of fat loose quickly....I dont think I need to loose more weight?

Sorry I mean the Lines that are formed at your hips and angle down...I heard there called V lol. Thanks everyone for the support...building muscle is a tough process I hear and I came from 242lbs about 8 months ago down to 147 in that pic....long *kitten* journey :)

I am 5' 7 and my bodyfat percentage is around 18% which I think is horrible. I am hoping wieght lifting will help get rid of that fat left over...I also have alot of loose skin near my belly too as I used to weigh 242lbs 8 months ago.

See I am 150 lbs now and I would love to get to 170 with mass! My problem is I guess I get afraid to eat alot as I think it will be fat no muscle :( .... I am trying to eat at least 2100 calories per day now.

I eat two hard boiled eggs, only one with Yolk, Whole wheat toast (two slices) and peanut butter! Keeps me full for at least 3 hours and its under 300 calories.

Let me know if you need any help on working out programs or nutrition....I have lost 77lbs since November. Big calorie deficit and keeping active 6 days a week for me....and of course eating alot better! :)

You look amazing and congrats....Funny enough....I weighed 242lbs back in October and I am also down to 170lbs now. It feels great doesnt it! Just thought I'd throw that out there as we have the same numbers lol. Are you going to keep losing or maintain now?

HRM are the way to go...Mine is usually more calories than the machines if that helps. I heard they are very accurate.
