Love is a huge blessing in my life and it was a time in my life where I learned to love myself first. 2nd one is a day lily with swoopy lines and stars on it. I also have this problem! To help me out I tried to figure out where and what triggers these cravings. I found that when I sit by my laptop on the couch, I tend to get a hungry feeling and I will grab an unhealthy snack. Another way these cravings are triggered are by simple commercials for fast food, or cut out ads that…

I am going through the same problem, but as soon as I increased my water intake, exercised that included a lot of strength training, it started to fall off. Maybe just spend some more time building muscle as this boosts your metabolism.

I am having a horrible time staying away from junk good or snacks at night. I work about 40 hrs a week and do not get a lunch break so I often have to eat in my car on my way to another house to do therapy... I don't know how to kick these cravings I have either.... Any advice?
