  • Hey everyone! I joined this because I have never been comfortable with wearing a swimsuit although I was a lifeguard during high school and tend to buy 2 piece bathing suits. I love the water and I love to swim, but obviously my body says to not be shown so I get real self conscious when I go swimming around others…
  • I currently am working full time and am a full time student... I also live with a roommate but I need to keep up with household chores and making dinner and everything as well as doing homework. • Right now my boyfriend lives 3 hours away, but when we do get together is always my workout partner. He is extremely fit and has the determination and motivation to stay fit that I am eager to have. It definitely helps to have your significant other help you out in the gym, but it also has its issues. Since my boyfriend is…

  • I do rows all of the time, squats and other workouts such as these. I would most definitely go swimming as this was when i was the most fit when i was a lifeguard, however, the pool at my college is only open approx. 2 hours a day when sadly, I am at work.
  • I also have this problem! To help me out I tried to figure out where and what triggers these cravings. I found that when I sit by my laptop on the couch, I tend to get a hungry feeling and I will grab an unhealthy snack. Another way these cravings are triggered are by simple commercials for fast food, or cut out ads that…
  • I am going through the same problem, but as soon as I increased my water intake, exercised that included a lot of strength training, it started to fall off. Maybe just spend some more time building muscle as this boosts your metabolism.
  • I am having a horrible time staying away from junk good or snacks at night. I work about 40 hrs a week and do not get a lunch break so I often have to eat in my car on my way to another house to do therapy... I don't know how to kick these cravings I have either.... Any advice?
