I've done Cross Country for years. 2 years ago I got extreme insomnia, and my life changed. I gained 45 lbs & I felt my life was ruined. I also have a mix of nuts ( anyone you like) & raisins that helps me out when I don't have the cravings for sugar, but as you say comfort food. You can also eat some rice crackers ( think that's what it's called). I switch between these 3, all depending on my type of craving :flowerforyou: Did this help you ?

Drink Diet soda for two weeks, and don't eat anything else with sugar in it ( except from what you get from food), and your cravings are over ;) It's actually that "simple". The less sugar you give your body the less sugar it craves for, BUT it will be though the first week ! Good luck ;)
