  • yeah this isnt the 100 calorie ones. This is the fattening Pop Weaver with extra butter. My son LOVES it so we buy a big box. My 2 year old wanted some so I fixed it and ate 3 cups. I only wanted 1 but she kept filling up my measuring cup. lol..
  • I was having control, I usually get the RT 44. lol. No seriously I thought I was doing okay. I didn't do any from home because they are doing the half price drinks, we just left the HOT park, and I had to get 3 kids slush in 3 different flavors.
  • My problem is I am at home with a 2 year old and no stroller. So exercising isn't very easy for me. Plus I hate it. lol
  • I am worn out just reading your posts! I hate excercise. All I have is a treadmill and some vids. They treadmill is sooooo boring for me. I cant stand it for more then 20 mins.
  • Thanks sooo much. It is really hard to convince myself to do the treadmill. It sooo boring and i have three kids under 8. But i suffer from depression and exercising makes a huge difference in dealing with it. I don't take prescriptions. Anyways, i am going to start trying to up my intensity some. I would love to jog a…
  • thanks everyone. I eat breakfast. Usually fiber one cereal or something similar with fat free milk. Processed foods for lunch, like canned soups, chilis, microwave stuff that i know is bad for me but i dint know what else to eat. Supper time i usually eat baked chicken with seasoning or bbq'd sauce, green beans or steamed…

  • Hi everyone! I hope its okay for me to join. I have been a member of this site since the beginning of the year but due to staying in hotels for a month or so while trying to move i totally lost out on what i was doing. Im ready to start over and i hope to be held accountable with this group. We cant get internet in this…
  • did you quit and "restart"? I was doing good. Down 4lbs, and last Thursday I went off the deep end. I haven't exercised since last Wednesday and I haven't ate that great either. Looks like i am up a pound. Trying to get back on track but we are in desperate need for groceries but having to wait til hubby get's paid.. So…
  • Huge fear of water, she can't swim. lol already thought of that.
  • My mom needs to loose 15-30lbs. She's a tiny person, and a tiny build. But from the waist down well, she's got some hips and thighs. She has arch problems and can't walk that much. She has a treadmill and it gave her more problems on her feet so she didn't keep with it. Other then a bike what can she do? What kind of bike…
  • That's what I want to do. I'm just sooooo frustrated, with everything. Money, the house, weight loss, myself, my husband, my kids. Everything is just getting on my nerves today. I had a bad weekend eating right but I got back on track on Monday. Was doing great then I felt crappy yesterday and didn't exercise and I…
  • Which dvd did you do? There are a lot of them My fav is Kick punch an jam. I logg my under high impact aerobics. Lots of people have HRM that they go by.
  • Okay, I'm a novice cook. What kind of broth? and where is the broth at? I saw chicken broth and beef broth....
  • That's what I just had.. and it said vegetable and i didn't read the ingredients, huge chunks of celery and noodles.. The brought was awesome though.
  • I do n't like the chicken either.. bleh.. the pizza's are really good, high in sodium though, and the fettuccine.
  • but I love soup.. Chicken soup,, nah, tomato soup, nah.. I like vegetable soup. I can't find a soup that I like. I like to have soup for lunch, it's quick and healthy.. I don't like celery in my soup. For the life of me most soup has celary. I don't care for noodles in my soup, but can deal with em. Also I like to eat…
  • If you decided to buy a treadmill go to a place and at least try it out first. My mom bought one for 300 and some odd dollars and my husband can't run on it. It is too short. Also, alot of the time the cheaper ones have the arm bar that moves back in forth. It drives me crazy to try to run with that. We ended up get a…
  • One thing that keeps me moving forward in this plan is the fact I have more self esteem now. I've only lost a couple pounds. My jeans are still tight as ever, and no one can tell I've lost weight.. BUT, I walk with my chin a little higher, I have more purpose in my step, I smile more, I feel in my head and heart that my…
  • Good Morning to you too, and to everyone else.. I found this quote the other day and I think it really fits when it comes to weight loss, especially for myself. It is easier to be wise for others than for ourselves. Francois De La Rochefoucauld
  • That's great Jackie! Told you it would work out for you! I came out of the weekend feeling bad but it started looking up.. til yesterday. I think my body was tired, and wanted to rest, and the cravings came out. I'm hoping it will shock my body and be okay at weigh in. This is the hardest part for me though. To keep going…
  • See that is what I'm doing. I woke up this morning feeling guilty. It's partly my husband's fault. He made peanut butter cookies.. Dang him!! Also, we had burrito's last night and mine just wasn't cutting it so I didn't eat it. Instead I fried some hashbrowns and tater tots.. The bad thing is I'm not really a fan of…
  • day yesterday. I did not feel like exercising or doing much else. So I didn't. Instead I over ate. Still gotta figure out by how much though. Anyways, if you have a bad day eating or working out do you try to make up for it the next day by working out more?
  • Okay. When I started my journey about 2 weeks ago I was at 207lbs. When I started here I was 204.4lbs. This morning I weighed (not official til Monday though) and I am 203.3 lbs.. So I have an almost 4lb loss! It feels great and is great motivation to keep going. When I see 199lbs I'll know I'm doing something right!
  • My treadmill stays plugged in, I turn it off and take out the safety key.
  • Also, helps to get the bottom bra a cup size smaller. Like I'm a D so I buy one in a C and one in a D. oooh.. I buy bottom bra in a pull on and the top in a button up. Wierd but it helps. My wish list: 1. HRM 2. food scale 3. new sports bra's 4. elliptical 5. ipod 6........i forgot.. Just so everyone knows by birthday is…

  • Right now I'm doing cardio 6 days a week (that's the plan anyways). I need to get some weights in there, but should I take days off of cardio to do weights or throw it in there too? Also, without hand weights, just using my body what and how many reps should I do? Strength training has always been my downfall.
