Are you guys still on this? I have had great success until about 2 months ago. I have only lost 1 lb since then. Christmas didn't help. I did a re start to see if that would help. Not really. I've been on it since May and have lost 35lb.

I also have Hashimoto's. Diagnosed about 8 months ago. Lots some weight but it's slow. I had all sorts of symptoms from tightness in hands, skin issues. Weird allergies. Terrible ovulation pain. Adrenaline rushes. Weight gain. Cold hands and feet. The synthroid has helped. But the weight is slow to come off.

Well I didn't loose at all this week. I am still at 176. I will keep working at it. Hopefully more success this coming week. start weight 178

I am in the middle of an other challenge but there are only about 4 of us left. I will join your group too since my group ends next week. Started out at 178 This week 176. I haven't lost anything for 3 weeks. Must work harder at it.

I like to have something sweet after supper. For the other meals it doesn't bother me but after supper i crave something sweet. Today I fell off the wagon and had a few allsorts. Bad girl.

I'd like to join. I am a 42 yr old mother of 4 and wife. Busy with working almost full time and bringing my kids to various activities. I run a little (only about 5 or 6 km a week), do some hiking (maybe 10 km a week) and swim 2x a week. I haven't lost weight since my 4th child almost 8 yrs ago. I will keep trying.

Welcome and Good luck to you. I have started back at this again today. I too am surprised how quickly it can all add up. I have discovered over the years that I need more protein and fruits and veggies and less carbs in order to keep weight off so I am back to that. Happy New Year.
