I try Not too sit for too long.. Even on rest day.. If i do sit i try too minimize the amount of time to at least one or two hrs... A day.. i don't really work out hard enough for long term fatigue.. So i guess i will put out more on the weekend too at least match my week day intervals... All My friends are supporting me…

Until you can get used to running take a dog.. and when a car gets ready to pass look at dog.. that was whay I did and now I just run

As long as you have a good source of protein.. which can be provided by many other sources of food.. you won't have to to consume meat...

yea im fine.. no pain.. Wasnt expecting it at all.. happened around 12 this morning when i normally do my run.// LoL didn't post this for people too worry about me just want too tell people to listen to what their body tells them. so they dont fall into something weird like this. But Thanks.

yes cows graze. But their mouth don't shut when they eat.. they dont know better.. I went to "outback streak" and every one I walked past was eating with mouth fully open. Whats their excuse..

Lol I just tried it today and it really worked.. i have thunder thighs too and when i walk i walk till my thighs bleed and trying this helped out.. And i just wanted too get the word out too see if this will help people out..

lol my exericise plan is pretty hard.. i do 30 situps 30crunchs 30 pushups walk two miles at the same pace and jog 30 mins at the same pace

lol tie something that you really like doing into your workout. Yes most people dislike working out because it doesn't show much progress.. but finding something too tie in that you like too do in to your workout helps you find it more fun.
