ok Weight lifters.. im trying too build muscles so that i can do pull ups more better.. First i cant get past the first hump which is one pull up.. I need a exercise that can target the areas too do pull ups.. i cant afford too go too gym or buy work out tools.. And suggestions on exercises that can help.. So far iv been just jumping up and letting my muscles hold me in place but im not showing too much.. too tell you the truth i dont even think its doing anything. Please Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Try negatives on the pull ups. I think what you're describing sounds like a static hold at the top- try focusing on the negative instead.0

Lat pull downs with resistance tubing is the modification they have on P90X for pullups...0
