That's okay, you restored your credibility on the topic when you properly spelled it in the post itsef. Though, I may disagree. Don't cows graze? Having never really watched cows eat, I could be mistaken.0 -

I knew what you meant OP!! There are times I really wish I was not a people watcher. Now that I have taken control of my life, it saddens me to see how others treat their own, and how much they lack manners too.0

I didn't think it was, based on OP, but after this response, I think it was kind of a legit post, lacking a LOT of information. If I were to re-write it, it might go like this:
"I was at a national Steakhouse and everywhere I looked, I saw people chewing with their mouths open. I can't help but wonder if manners have gone completely out the window. I thought we were all taught to chew with our mouths closed. I was so appalled by this, I thought I would ask:
Is this still a part of etiquette? Does this gross anyone else out? Why would people think I want to see their food? Do you do this? Has anyone ever said anything to you? Do you, perhaps, have a sinus issue that prevents you from breathing when your mouth is closed?"
Or something. Either way, I probably would have left out the words "race" and "cow".0 -

.. I went to "outback streak" and every one I walked past was eating with mouth fully open. Whats their excuse..
There's your problem...you went to outback STREAK. Just a bunch of whackos running around naked yelling, "G'day Mate." If you're not used to that I suppose you could consider it poor maners [sic].0 -

Yes, if said restaurant was located in, say, Dayton, Ohio, this may be a viable reason.
According to a study in 2011:
Dayton, Ohio is ranked as the sickest city in the U.S. with the 4th greatest flu activity, only 64.9 percent vaccination coverage and 140 flu and pneumonia deaths per 100,000.

My son's girlfriend thanked me the other day for teaching and insisting on manners to my son. He opens doors. He helps ladies in and out of the car, he eats with his mouth closed and puts his fork down between bites. He holds a chair for a lady to sit. He waits for the lady to order first before placing his order and he doesn't slurp (unless he reaches the bottom of a shake!)

I get tired of pokeing myself in the eye with my pinkey while I drink tea. Hence I just pour the water in my mouth and chew tea leafs0
