Running in the cold can be a challenge. But if you dress in layers you won't even feel it :smile: Training in the winter just might give you all you need for the April race. Whatever you decide, I'm optimistic that you will do well.

You still have some time to train for your race. And you don't have to run the entire race. You can run and walk in intervals. If you don't mind me asking, how often are you running and what is the long mileage that you've run so far?

I tried it but I didn't officially complete it. I was so encouraged after a short period of time I abandoned the program and began to run my own program. However, there are plenty of success stories about the program. Give it a whirl and I am optimtic that you will do just fine.

I'm sure you can maintain your weight without working while on vacation. I went to Europe last summer for over two weeks and I didn't gain a pound nor did I workout. Don't deprive yourself but rather eat in moderation. You have to really listen to your body and know when to push back from the table. You'll do fine...Enjoy…

My goal this week is not eat past 8 pm. Often times i am below my caloric minimum and I eat to satisfy that requirement.
