Try baking with ALMOND FLOUR or COCONUT flour (instead of white or whole wheat). There are recipes for pancakes, cookies, cakes, everything! You can make protein balls (and add your protein powder in them).

You may still lose weight eating crap because you're cutting out less crap. But think about the long-term and what you are doing to your organs. You are fueling your body with sugar, bad fats, and sodium. Why not eat healthy so you can live longer, feel stronger, feel better and feed your body the nutrients it needs.…

PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN and healthy fats! They will keep you full longer. Bacon and eggs, avocado, chicken, ground turkey for breakfast. If you're hungry - EAT! Just make sure they are healthy choices and REAL foods!

Your diary looks like you're eating too much sugar and unhealthy foods and not enough veggies and protein. Protein will keep you full. Supplement the chocolate that you're eating with raw veggies. No more hot dogs full of nitrates! I think you could eat more calories, if you choose to eat more "clean".

PAY THE MONEY!!! I joined Crossfit about 9 mths ago and have not looked back! I dont make a lot of money ,and it is pricey, but I figured it is cheaper than personal training (or eating out 3x a week). I now eat healthy and crossfit about 4 x a week. You are well worth the expense, dont you think? Plus the sense of…

Old Navy is not bad, but I have to say that the quality of Lulu is beyond any other. You do pay more, but it is really worth it. They last!! Dont put in the dryer though. You only need a few items and can switch them out. They also have great sales at Xmas and sale racks in most stores.

I love paleo! I have not had a migraine or stomach issue since eating paleo. I feel geat! Try it

I can tell you that your carbs:protein ration is out of whack. You are eating too much carbs (cut in half at least!) and increase your protein to at least 120 g/day. You will feel more satisfied. I also see that you are eating A LOT of sodium-dense foods. Aim for only 2000 g of sodium a day (if not less). Eating clean (non…

PHYSIOTHERAPY will do the trick. It usually will not go away on its own. You may need orthotics down the road.

Um, a cup of strawberries is nowhere near 200 calories! LOL You have to really watch some of the calorie counts of food on MFP - some people log the incorrect calorie amounts. This is one of those times. Strawberries (1 c) is about 50 calories, not a whopping 200!! Use Calorie Count.com to confirm.

Im a Lulu fan! It is pricey, but it's great quality and will last! Aim to buy yourself one item a month or something so it doesnt break the bank. Walmart isnt too bad either.

I am a Crossfit member and I love it. However, we had to do 2 weeks of beginner training to learn the fundamentals before we started doing WODs. This is ESSENTIAL to learn the PROPER form - without form you have no chance of success and could cause an injury to yourself. Perhaps doing it at home without any training is not…

Shin splints. Downhill uses different mechanics. Stretch them by placing a tea towel on the floor and trying to roll it towards you only using your toes. Also, ICE ICE ICE after running. Massaging them out helps a lot too - it's painful but works. There are insoles that you can buy to help absorb the shock (Happy Feet,…

I have also heard of it being used as a whipped topping (similar to whip cream) on fruit. I havent done this yet, but apparently if you whip it up with a hand blender, it will come out the same consistency as whip cream. Use full fat coconut milk.

Bodypump is great, especially if you are just starting out. It is strength training that is also a cardio work out because of the high reps that are done for each exercise. I love it !
-
I also love this DVD. It's only 20 min (Level 2) but it's great for a warm-up for after doing weights. For $10 at Walmart it's well worth it.

One of the best tasting protein powders I have tried is from Walmart: PURE PROTEIN CHOCOLATE. Their power bars are good as well and low in sugar. I usually add to 1 scoop of protein powder: Vanilla almond breeze (1 cup is 40 calories), 1/2 banana, ground flax (tsp) and some cinnamon. You could also add in some Tbsp of…

Slow and steady wins the race. 1-2 lbs a week is healthy and you will be able to keep it off. If you lost 30 lbs in 2 months chances are you wouldnt keep it off. Plan to celebrate in 7-8 months and treat yourself to a new top or something when you reach your goal!

It also looks like you are drinking alcohol and eating some junky foods - that's a bad combination. I would also suggest adding Sodium to your Diary because some of the processed foods you are eating are probably super high in Sodium.

I prefer the Shread and Shed DVD of Jillian's....her ab workout DVD is good too.
-
I have the DVD but I prefer the Shed and Shred video. I would recommend that one too. $10 at Walmart

sounds like u are not eating enough food, especially PROTEIN (lean meat, nuts, greek yogurt, eggs) and vegetables! Ease back on the tea and drink 8 cups of water/day. just my thoughts.....

I hate cottage cheese but I use it in cauliflower. I mash it up like mashed potatoes - without the starch and butter!

Im from Hamilton. There is Molson 67 (67 calories) - I dont love it myself but others do. Im a BRAVA LIGHT fan!! (used to be brewed in the Hammer).

I also live in Ontario and the J. Michael's whey protein is sold in Walmart for 9.99 - choc or vanilla. I have only tried the vanilla and it's pretty good. I use it in protein bar recipes too. Walmart also sells the Six Star brand. I have that in chocolate and it's pretty good too. I believe that is 26 g protein per scoop.

400?? No way. It's generally 50 cals/point. Depends on the fiber.
-
I like the Pure Protein ones from Walmart.

Im in week 7. The bloating for me lasted about 3-4 weeks. Digestive enzymes have helped tons !

With respect to "fish burps", I have tried a few brands and found that NATURE'S BOUNTY is the best brand - no after taste. Im not sure if you have this brand at your Walmart in the US but we have it here in Canada :)
