baking with protein powder
Hey everyone!
So I'm trying to make healthier versions of my favorite baked goods, and want to replace some protein powder (whey) with flour. If its white flour, what would you say would be a good ratio that wouldnt mess with the consistency?

definitely look up some recipes to be precise about your substitutions, but i frequently add in 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder to a boxed brownie mix. the chocolate flavor is much more intense, but i do take them out of the oven a little sooner because the powder can make the brownies dry.

Try baking with ALMOND FLOUR or COCONUT flour (instead of white or whole wheat). There are recipes for pancakes, cookies, cakes, everything! You can make protein balls (and add your protein powder in them).0
