Jillian's, ripped in 30...

Hey everyone! So keen to get this, but before I do, reviews from my fellow MFP?
It look so epic and seems like it gets results!
Pros/Cons? If any. :)

    I did it till the start of week 3 then stopped. I put on weight ( a few lbs) and a couple of inches at the start of it, which i admit i lost by week 3 but i felt 30 day shred did more for me in terms of weight loss and inches lost then doing this just started to un-do all that hard work.

    This might just be me but this is what i found.

    I am only in week two but I really like it...I also do the 30 Day Shred and mix them up...Haven't lost pounds on it yet but have definitely seen a difference in my waist and lower abs...

    I prefer the Shread and Shed DVD of Jillian's....her ab workout DVD is good too.

    I liked Ripped in 30 because it gave variety. Different exercises for each week. There are only 2 things that I didnt like: Flys (sp? Flies) because they made my arm pop every time I brought the weights up. and Jillian.

    It is a good workout and was more challenging than 30Day Shred.

    I'm definitely going to get it, everyones results are amazing.
    I'm not trying to lose any weight, just tone and strengthen, this is why I think it'll be perfect :))
