Hey there! I am all for additional support! I am 43, just diagnosed prediabetic, and am trying to get my food in check, exercise ramped up, and weight back where it needs to be. Here is my August update! Challenge Start Weight: 160 Challenge Level 3 Challenge Goal Weight: 145 Current Weight: 155.8 Down 4.2 lbs for the month! Trying to kick up the exercise in September, so stay on track! Good luck everyone!

Wow ... sorry for everyone's negative responses to your request. My doctor suggested I try a low carb/gluten free diet, to possibly help with some health issues Ive been having. She suggested I try the South Beach diet - for a starting guideline. Feel free to add me - we can support each other!
