    Successes/struggles this week: I've had success in regaining control of my appetites and cravings as well as reducing my dependence on Fitbit (I.e. I don't obsess every five minutes on syncing my steps, which I think contributed to my problem a lot).

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been struggling more then just this week. I need to get focused to lose weight for my wedding in November I would like 10 to 15lb by then. It's so hard! I'm 10lb from being at my heaviest and I hate it! I have to stop feel sorry for myself and get into action.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am still overeating to much. Overall I did not eat healthy this week. My saving grace was my 1 hour spin class yesterday. It was to cold and raining to go out cycling. I did hit the gym on Thursday for a quick hiit session to see where I'm at. 8 months is to long to be away from the gym.

    During the spring, summer, early fall I have been cycling on the weekends for exercise. But after doing cardio at the gym on Thursday, and spin class yesterday I am not in very good shape. I thought I was in better shape. I barley survived the spin class. Ran out of gas at 45 mins in the spin class.

    So goal for this week Is increase cardio/workouts/outdoor cycling to 5 times a week.
