New but actually returning with a new attitude.

I’ve been trying to make changes for years but could never find the motivation and willpower to stick with it. Recently, I had some big losses in my life and it made me reevaluate a lot of things including my health and the lack of joy in my life. I started a low carb plan about two weeks ago and lost 3.8lbs so far. However, I’m feeling healthier and more confident. I hope that I can find some friends here to share and chat with.

    Congratulations! I’m super proud of you!
    This month, I lost 5.8 lbs. Its been difficult considering there’s always celebrations going on (4th of July, family coming from out of town, other family birthday parties). However, I’m trying my best!

    I am back, again, and trying to remember I am doing this to help myself - not as a punishment.
