Im not sure about the nutrient part of it but calorie wise you can have half a bag for 80 cal ((if you dont make a smoothie)) If you do then you have to add the cal of the milk, usually I will nibble on the fruit when I have a sweet tooth

Yea the frozen packs I just ate some I was going to make a smoothie but toooo late for me. So I just ate a few pieces out of the pack! they are really good

Do you guys use frozen cauli or fresh when u do this??? sounds really good and waaayyyy less cal than mash taters!!!

when u put them in the oven what temp and how long?? Do u wrap them in foil?
