  • im using meal replacements right after running so many miles, you just cant eat! so high protein proper fats and carbs in ... Lean Shake its called, and trying to up the calories... I dont have an eating disorder I just can eat all that food.. so im hoping this will change .. 155 lb last week, 163 this week.. yikes
  • I run off about 1300 calories with exercise a day.. Im upping the calories as of yesterday! I hope it changes. Thats a lot more food to eat LOL... thanks for the re-inforcement.

  • I would go with the advice, I havent been eating my exercise calories either and havent lost much like I thought I would... I do the stationary bike for 60 min and burn 700 cal.. my cal is 1200 so I wasnt eating enough... so today my cal total said 1,975 Ive eatien 1,487 so far... I still get confused by some but It brings my attention to everything again.... someone told me to increase and make myself be more "into" weights like I am the cardio and I will see faster results... i'll make it a point to do wieghts 8-15 lbs depending on what Im doing.. thanks again
  • i started to stationary bike and on the bike it said 400 cal burned in 15.7 miles with the POLAR F7 it said I burned 599...I hope its right! on the other hand I thought I was burning 250 w/ turbo Jam workout and it said I only burned 190... so im assuming the heart rate monitor is more correct.. I increased 3x on bike so today I did 13 miles burned 300 cal.. i did an interval on the bike so it would keep changing the resistance.. so I'll let you know if the scale starts to move at the end of the week...
