I haven't posted in months, I began walking and running 8-10 miles . I ve lost quite a bit of weight, all the sudden I gained 6 lbs in one week. hi, Im trying to up the calorie burn when doing cardio on elliptical.. I started wearing a 20 lbs weight and 2.5 lbs wrist weights, will this really help in burning fat

car tire down to bicylce tire
Ok...if anyone can help me along I would love it!! Ive lost 48 lbs and have lost weight all over even the midsection so I went from a car tire to bicylce tire and It wont budge..still have that muffin top when pants or skirt goes on...so Im doing more cardio RIGHT? is that what Im supposed to do? stationary bike/ cal/ heartmonitor.. confused
OK.. so I bought a hear monitor POLAR... all set and ive been using it.. quite impressed ! here is my question or concern maybe! I set the bike for a certain program for ex: today i choose up and down hills and programmed it for 500 cal... the bike says 500 cal burned when im done! THE heart monitor says 868 calories.. so…

why overnight weight gain... very fustrated
Ok.... Ive kicked up the cardio, bought a heart monitore, eat every two hours... (should do more weights).. but I'll lose one two pounds and wake up weighing one more.... stationary bike
I usually walk 3 miles with 20 lbs weighted vest and the other two days I do 5 mile walk (no weight) and since its raining for the past couple days.. I decided to add the stationary bike, I do 5 miles on it on various programs, ex: uphills, etc... so I dont get board, any input on doing stationary bike.. should I do more…
