this is going to be a very silly question but im asking it!! what is the NET on the home page for.. what does it mean..

goal: 1200 ( i know that) +622 food (thats what Im eating so far) -868 exercise ( i know that) NET: -246 (what is the net for?)

i'll hide in my corner im sure.... ty

    It is your total calories used for the day so far. Food - Exercise=net

    Sorry, technically it is Food + Excercise = Net
    So for you (622 ) + (-868) = -246

    If you burned 868 calories from exercise, then you gain that many calories to eat since your calorie goal is already at a deficit. So you really are only consuming the NET amount, technically.
