I have lost 59 pounds total with low carb so far. I feel fantastic, my skin is feels better, I am not bloated anylonger, I sleep better......the list goes on and on. I eat 20 carbs a day which is mostly the veggies that I eat. For ME this is the way that works for me!

I have been low carb since Feb and LOVE it!!! I count total carbs and keep it at 20 total per day and eat about 1600 calories mostly from fat.

I know there is a recipe builder ( I use this daily) but have not heard of menu planner. Try googling low carb recipes!! That's what I do and then build my recipe in MFP to my tastes
