I was:
5'3" 333 lbs
Pants: 26/28
Tops: 3x
November 2010
I am:
5'3" 249lbs
Pants:16/18
Tops: Anywhere from a 12/14 to a 19 in Juniors, depending on brand.
Soooo.. I guess I've lost 4-5 dress sizes since I've started..?0 -
Well, I went from a size 20 dress and am currently a size 12 dress. Can't answer for pants size as I don't wear them. And I'm 5'8".0
-
I was 200 or so pounds, wearing a size 18/20 pants, ladies xl shirts... I am currently 180# wearing 14 pants and M/L tops :bigsmile:0
-
I'm not sure my highest. I couldn't get into size 16 jeans. Almost though. I just wore XL sweats at that point. Now I wear small in most things, medium if junior sizes and size 6 jeans. Oh, and I was over 200 pounds then and am 158 now. 5'10" tall0

Well, got some slacks at Ross the other day which are a size 12 which would mean I dropped 1 size in the dress slacks dept.
As far as jeans, I recently bought a pair from Kmart and they are a size 10 which means I would have dropped 4 sizes!
Not sure what size I truly am as all companies are different sizing wise but ya...0 -
I was 158 lbs and wore a size 12. I am now 135 lbs and wear a 6. I'm 5'5".0
-
I have the same goal as you but you have 1" on me, I am only 5'9". For me to reach that I need to lose 30 lbs0
-
I've gone from a 12/14 to a 5/70
-
I started in a 24w in jeans and a 3xl in shirts and in my profile pic the capris are a size 12 and a Med shirt!!0
-
at my heaviest 248....was wearing a 22/24 in pants.
at 202 i am wearing a 14/16(depends on the brand) in pants
and an xl(fits big)/large in shirts.
I am 5'5.75"0 -
I am 5'5, 167 and a size 8 in pants. i have lost a couple of inches, but not a lot of weight. I was wearing a size 11/12 or 9/10. now the size 10 pants that I brought in January of this year are really baggy and some are kind of falling down.0
-
As of today, 4 pants sizes. From a 16-8. Shirts L/XL, to a M/S (if they fit my DDD's). I'm 5'11 and my starting weight was 190. I'm 159 right now and the scale has been steady for about 3 weeks. I'd like to get to 155, but feel really good like this too!0

I am 5'4 with a large frame size
I used to be 285lbs
tops: XXL
bottoms: plus size 24US jean
Now I am 174lbs
Tops: M ~ S
bottoms: size 8US jean.
So I dropped 16 size and I used t be 3X the size I am now0 -
When I started my lifestyle change last April I was wearing:
Dress - 4X, occassionaly 3X on looser style (30 -32 in numbered sizes)
T-shirt - 4X
Jeans - 30 women's
Bra - 54C
Undies - 13
Shoes - 8 1/2W
Today -
Dress - 14W / 16 misses
T-shirt - XL
Jeans - 16, tight, but they zip
Bra - 38C
Undies - just bought size 8
Shoes - 8 M
And I still have almost 70 pounds to lose to my goal of 169 (I'm 5' 6 1/2" tall).... I am thinking I may, for the first time in my life, fit into a size 8 someday!!0 -
I'm about 5'10"; maxed out in 18/20 or xxl plus tops and dresses, some pants needed to be as big as 22/24. I am currently in 14 and 16 jeans and dresses, and women's large shirts, with a bit of a way to go yet!
Ideally, when I reach my goal weight, I will no longer be "plus-sized"... it's a stigma I would really like to get out of. But even at less than my goal weight, I was a juniors' size 13... I'm not sure how much lower I can physically go! Plus, I fear it will make it more difficult to find pants with long or tall inseams.0 -
from a size 12 to a 5
large to medium0 -
I was:
5'5"
274
22W (bordering on a 24)
2X shirt (comfortably)
I am"
5'5"
221.6 (as of today)
18W (with a belt on the last loop - I'm suspecting 10 more lbs and I'll be solidly out of 18s)
1X top (on my way to an XL with if I can banish the muffin top - it makes me self conscious)0 -
At my heaviest, i was 231 pounds, 16/18 pants, XL top. I'm 5'7"
I was 185, 13 pants, large shirt when i joned MFP at the end of january.
Now i am 154, 9 pants, medium shirt.0 -
A tight 14 in pants/slacks to currently 9/10 and my tops went from xl to a medium.0
-
For me every 15 pounds is about a size.0
-
I'm 5' 5" and was in a size 14W pants and 16 jeans when I started at 187 lb and many of them were uncomfortably tight. Now that I'm 149 lb, I'm wearing size 10-12 pants and size 12 jeans comfortably. I carry my excess weight in my hips and thighs so that's where most of the weight was lost, so I'm still mostly wearing the same tops, they just fit a little looser.0
-
I'm 5'10" and have gone from a 22 to a 16 since i started 5 1/2 months ago!0
-
I am 5'5 and at my heaviest (175) I wore a size 14,L/XL tops and L/XL undies..
Now..I am 140..I wear between a 6-8, s/m tops and small undies...Hoping to get down to a size 4..by the end of the year with all the weight training I am doing..0 -
I'm down 77 lbs and about 5 sizes, depending on store and brand.0
-
I'm 5'3" and at 203lbs I wore a size 16/18 in women's pants, 17 in juniors, and size XL, sometimes a 1X in shirts. Now I'm 160lbs and I wear a size 10/12 in womens pants, 11/13 in juniors, and size M/L in tops.0
-
Four sizes in 50 pounds.0
-
I was busting out of size 16 pants one year ago, and today I wear size 4 pants that are a tad on the loose side. I've lost over 66 pounds. (I am 5' 6").0
-
With my 12 pound weight loss I am finally down a size although tight. At 189.5 pounds and @ 5ft 7 I am wearing size 12. I look smaller than what I weight.0
-
I lost about five-six inches each off my hips and waist and about 30 pounds.
Generally, I was wearing 8, 10 and sometimes 12, and now wear 2, 4 or 6 depending on the brand, but some of my old jeans are still completely wearable.0
