Awesome and congrats to everyone!!! I started my journey October 2010 at size 26-28 at 346 lbs (6 feet tall). I reached my goal November 2011 of 184 lbs size 10.

I'm currently 174 lbs a size 6-8. Looking to lose roughly 5 more pounds some time soon
  • I have been on for three months and have gone down two pant sizes. I actually just realized it this weekend when I decided I couldn't wear my baggy pants for another second. When I realized I went down two pant sizes and not just one, I almost cried! I've lost 17 lbs. Right now every 10 lbs seems to be a size smaller for me. Keep up the great work!

    From 14 to 3/4 in pants -
From Xlarge to small in tops-

So I guess that would mean 5 pant sizes and 4 top sizes.

Well, I am 5'4'' and 217 wearing 14/16, so this exercise probably won't help too much. Your shape is pretty unique to you, and where you lose weight first will affect how quickly you drop sizes too. Some people drop every 10-15 pounds, some are more like 20-25. Depends on you. :flowerforyou:

I go for inches lost vices sizes. All of the clothing companies have different ideas of what a size is and it can make me either extremely sad or falsely confident.

    Just my .02

from an 18/20 - 2x (though i was into 22/24 at times) at 'large' clothing stores

to a medium at regular stores now.

from size 20 jeans, to size 10 (gotta love this new vanity sizing *chuckling as thanks to that i sometimes even wear a size 8 dress pants!)

i am broad shouldered though, and not small busted *L*.. so dresses are a bit of a challenge, still dealing with a large or 14 at times if the dress is not stretchy as need the extra to fit across my chest/shoulders.
