What do you eat in the morning that is high in protein? I have trouble eating the usual breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, sausage) because they make me nauseous in the morning.0

How low are you? I am aiming for 100g net per day and mine are set for 25%carb-40% protein-35% fat. I honestly do not worry too much about anything but the carbs. If the fat/protein is over, I will still lose weight.0 -
I tried something called carbquick the other day, you can use it in your recipes instead of flour. I have made pancakes with it and it tasted pretty good. So far i have only been able to find it online at netrition.com
You can check out my dairy for ideas, i usually stay below 100 g of carbs0 -

I am not much of a breakfast person myself either. I am up at 4:30 and breakfast happens around 8-9 depending on the day. I can normally do eggs at this time or a Fiber One 90 calorie bar.
I have a couple really good chicken recipies that we have at last once a week along with Tacos. I don't do shells, just 5-7 tortilla chips.0
