Sodium
How many mg of sodium are you consuming in a day...I have not lost as much as I thought I would so far having stayed in the Atkins induction phased. I feel like I may be consuming too much. 2200-2500mg in a day.

how much fat are you eating
Just curious...I am eating about 40% protein, 10% carb, and 50 % fat. Wondering if my fat ratio is to high? (I am in phase 1 of Atkins old version)

HELP Not losing
So I have been eating 1630 calories for a weight loss goal of 1.5 pounds per week. This is my third week and I have not seen a lose. I am diligent in my tracking and have not gone over in my calories...do you think maybe I am eating too many calories for my body to lose?

I am following the recommended calorie intake but sometimes my protein is way up or my fat way down.....does this matter as long as I am sticking to the calorie range? Thanks:happy:

I just joined up yesterday...so new and still learning how MFP works! I added in activity for today but would prefer it not to increase my alloted calories for the day. Is there a way to not have my exercise calories included?
