  • From a males perspective, we could care less how your make up and hair looks outside the gym yet alone in the gym. We're looking at the body.
  • Define hot? And I wonder if I make the cut...
  • Scientifcally speaking, starvation mode isn't something that happens between meals or bcause you didn't eat enough one day. Starvation mode is actually when your body begins to waste away because you are at criticially low levels of body fat. For women that number is about 10-12% so I doubt you have nything to worry…
  • Calories in vs Calories out is the only thing that matters for weight loss....

  • Increase your weekly exercise, decrease calories slightly, or a combination of the too. Repeat until you get the desired results...
  • Here goes nothing. I started at 256.5 with a 44.5 inch waist on June 4,2011. Now I'm 210 with a 35.5 inch waist. Still looking to cut another 10 or so to get that defined 6 pack look.

  • x2 - I do the same thing. The last time I told someone it was a myth, they gathered a posse and began to ridicule me.
  • I've lost over 35 lbs since June 3 eating 1-2 meals a day of pretty much whatever I wanted. The only consistent theme is I stay with-in my daily calorie allotment for weight-loss. My suggestion is to track your progress and let your results dictate your next move.
  • Honestly it depends on the elasticity of your skin. My suggestion is to make sure you strength train as this has been shown to help reduce if not totally eliminate that problem. On a lighter not, I wouldn't stress it this early or it could make you lose sight of the over all goal.
