    Here goes nothing. I started at 256.5 with a 44.5 inch waist on June 4,2011. Now I'm 210 with a 35.5 inch waist. Still looking to cut another 10 or so to get that defined 6 pack look.

    I am updated my current pic...I have 9 more pds and then I will be at my 1st goal of 47pds...will re-evaluate losing more from there if needed...Excited about my results..

    Everyone on here is just absolutely AMAZING!! Thanks for posting your pics - I am now going to check this out regularily to keep my motivation up......and one day I too can post my pics (and, boy, do I have a really bad one taken in Bali just before I started to get serious with exercise and diet!)
