Everyone else's pictures have been so amazing! I am just starting to really tell, unfortunately I didn't have the forethought to take a good "before" picture, because frankly, when I started, I figured I'd fail like I'd done so many times before. But now I'm down 39 lbs so far and I KNOW I'm going to reach my goal. :)

    Before - weight 250s

    During - weight 220s

Well, here's my before and after pic since I started in April. I feel great about my transformation, but unfortunately at 43 years old my body breaks a little easier than it used to. I have to have surgery on my knee this Friday and am hoping I don't regress while recovering.

Well done! Just keep counting those calories and do upper body exercise until your knee heals. :flowerforyou:

I posted one already (sorry) but I felt bummed because it was a mid point picture to now. I found the picture of my heaviest. Now this is beginning, middle, and almost end.

    Heaviest- 255lbs.
    Mid-point- 170lbs
    Now - 148lbs
    Goal 130lbs.

IT WAS VERY EASY FOR ME IN THE BEGINNING...NOW IT IS GETTING HARDER :/ JUST STICK WITH IT!!! IF YOU GET OFF TRACK IT IS SO HARD TO GET BACK ON. I STARTED OFF JUST WATCHING WHAT I ATE.NOT REALLY ALL DIET THINGS,JUST LESS THAN WHAT I WAS EATING AND LESS JUNK FOO.I DID THE JILLIAN MICHAEL 30 DAY SHRED WHICH WAS AMAZIN.I HAD FAMILY BACKING ME UP AND DOING THIS WITH ME SO THAT ALSO HELP.IF YOU HEART AND MIND IS IN IT,THEN YOU WILL DO JUST FINE :) GOOD LUCK TO YOU :)
