    Thank you for saying, "Progress not perfection." I'm really bad about having an all-or-nothing attitude. I'm a teacher and I often tell my students, "I'm looking for improvement not a perfect A+" I guess I need to apply that to myself. :happy:

    Not sure if this question was directed at me but I thought I would answer it just the same. I am a former weight lifter who fell out of the game for a few years. Below is my current gym routine. Good luck.

    Sunday: 6-13 Mile run
    Monday: 2-2.5 mile run then 90 minutes Chest and Triceps finish with 10 minutes on stairs
    Tuesday: 2-2.5 mile run then 90 minutes Back and Biceps finish with 10 minutes on stairs
    Wednesday: No cardio 90 Minutes legs and shoulders finish
    Thursday: 3-5 mile run 45-60minutes Abs finish with
    Friday: 2-5 mile run 90 minutes full body (light weights high reps)
    Saturday: Rest day or swap with Friday

    Ok here is my 30 day shred pics......only 2lbs lost and no where near my goal but lost 11 inches and you can see it in the pics!!

    Wow! Everyone looks so good! I have pictures but am just not to the point where I want to share them yet.....I'm still in the "during" stage. But you guys are all so inspiring! Congrats to everyone! It's not easy, that's for sure.
