    Today marks 13 months on MFP. I shed 108 lbs and 90 inches and am working on maintenance.

    Ok here is my 30 day shred pics......only 2lbs lost and no where near my goal but lost 11 inches and you can see it in the pics!!

    I have been on her for a little over two month and have lost 25 pounds :). I cant really tell the difference except for in my face. It become a little less soft looking.
