OK, here's a progress pic from me. The first pic is my first progress pic, the blue dress was in June. The second pic is from New Year's to today- brand new ( I had to take it in honor of Bare all Friday today). I'm exactly half way to my goal!

If this works, this is me two months prior to Duodenal Switch Weight Loss Surgery and Five Years Post-op having lost and maintained 100 lbs.
What am I doing wrong? I tried both types of links and it's not putting a picture in my post.0 -
WOW - you guys are so inspirational! Great job!0

Here's me and my husbands pics.
At our highest: me at 225 and him at just about 300
A pic on our 7th wedding anniversary a couple weeks ago, he was at 220 and me at 160lbs
Another comparison, the after side was Us a month ago, he was 230 lbs and I was 169bs
It took us 3 months to lose the weight! He is at his goal but may lose a bit more because I have 10 lbs to my first goal.
Apparently icant figure out the photos on here lol0 -
Trying this again. Yay, it works - thanks gwynnehammer!
So this is me - July 2005 two months before my Duodenal Switch (weight loss surgery) and August 2010 leaning against a rail in New York's Central Station, 5 years post-op.0 -
i need a pick my up today! so will post!
this is me at 158-160ish
at 122lbs!

The above picture is what "PositiveGoals" was trying to post. What I learned from Gwynne was to put the 'img' command in lower case.0 -
Hope this works...!
These are the best pictures I have from when I was at my heaviest; 163lbs. That was three years ago, on the day my boyfriend asked me out!
The "after" photos are the most current ones I have.. they are at about 145-143 lbs. I didn't actually start trying to lose weight (for the second time) until I found this site!

Here's my before ( started exercising 2/17/11). The picture on the left had to have been right at 200 pounds. The two on the right were taken after I'd lost my first seven pounds.
This is my current - I am over half way to my goal :-)
Here's what I've lost so far in my first six months...
37 pounds
Neck 1.5 inches
Waist 8.0 inches
Hips 7.0 inches
Arm 2.7 inch
Thighs 9 inches (combined)
Bust 6.8 inches
Calves 1.2 inches
BMI lost: 5.1
Body Fat Lost: 8%
Grand Total of inches lost in five months: 36.20"
I went from a size 16 to a size 10 and a few 12's.
You look awesome!!!0 -
