I walk a lot of trails way back in the woods. There are a few really playful squirrels that I swear run up and down the trail with me...They'll get ahead of me, sit and wait, and then take off again when I get close. It's so cute. And today I saw 4 deer...They were saw beautiful! I got about 10 feet away from one of them…

So here's my challenge for the week. I am a teacher and on Tuesday nights I tutor. So, tomorrow afternoon I have a meeting until 4:30. I usually have a snack during our weekly meetings. I ususally get home by 6:00 and eat dinner by 6:30. But tomorrow, I will be tutoring until 7:30. I don't know if it's mental, because it's…

It's not healthy for you because there are no nutrients in it. No proteins, carbs, or fats. No vitamins, minerals, etc. That doesn't mean it's bad for you or dangerous, but it has no health value as it doesn't provide any nourishment for your body. It may satisfy a desire for a carbonated or caffeinated drink, but it…

I love polenta! You can buy the premade stuff in the tube, slice it up and make mini pizzas. Just top the slices with any ingredients you like and bake 'em up. Some ingredients I like are: Pizza sauce (duh) artichoke hearts sundried tomatoes Pesto Cheese (mozz, feta, parm) onion peppers olives grilled chicken
