I only started in January, so it's not like I'm suddenly the Yoda of weight-loss, but I've lost 16 pounds so far and feel already so great and fresh with the healthy eating and jogging each day.

I just wanted to reach out and say I'd be glad to be your friend and try to keep you motivated if you need. (and hopefully you'll keep me motivated too in return).

That is so nice of you! I really appreciate your optimism and friendliness! Plus I notice you're from England and I love seeing what you English people eat! I'm sending a request because I need all the encouragement I can get!

Hey Jbwegner, or as we say in England - Good evening Ms Wegner, how do you do? ;)

Thanks for the request, just added you now.

I can only speak for myself but I had the best two months of my life back in 06 driving across the States following Route 66 - and I can say in all honesty that us English eat pretty much the same as you US folk,... just in smaller portions! ;) mx

    LOL...Love the greeting!

What a coincidence! I spent an amazing month in London and just fell in love with the city! I was applying to teach there (at a US dpt. of defense school) but then they said I couldn't bring my pets. So, that killed that dream!

As far as the English food goes, I just love seeing the beans for breakfast and jacket potatoes. What can I say? The little things fascinate me!
