I go to anytime which is pretty similar to snap, the week free is legit, you just have to go during staff hours instead of having 24 hour access.

there are days where I've been at work all day or I am still really sore from the day before but still want to get some sort of workout in I usually try and challenge my sister to a game on the wii, or dance or take my puppy for a nice long walk. Still counts as exercise even if it doesn't feel like it

haha no not a dumb question at all. I'm indigenous so I meant traditional food from indigenous cultures. Most of the food my family makes is cooked in oil and mainly meat and carbs like elk and moose with potatoes and rice.

sneaking in some peanut butter, or bananas in to meals are a good way to reach your calorie goal for the day without feeling like you are eating too much. I have that problem too where it says I'm not eating enough so I try and have a large piece of fruit or something since they're light but usually have around 100 calories
