I started May 21 because I wanted to be finished by my birthday. I must agree, it is hard, but totally worth it. I have been exercising for a while and wanted to try something different. I was tender on day 2 and 3, but since then, I'm fine. After I finish working out, I do feel my thigh muscles and obliques. I can't wait…

I just started doing insanity myself, and too have trouble with the pushups. When I was much lighter and it was a requirement for me to do them, my best was 50 in 2 mins. Now, I can barely do 10 in a min. I get frustrated sometimes while I'm trying to do them with Insanity because I can't fully do them with the proper form…

I disagree because when I bought mine, MFP was way off than what I was actually burning. MFP was throwing me off and the HRM got me back on track!! Totally worth it!!

I did the same because I didn't want it to come back!

The answer, I think, is to use a HRM so you'll know exactly how much you're burning. My best investment ever!

Exactly!!!

Right now, I would have to say 150. My lightest weight was 142, and I looked "crackish". My body fat was 28% and I wore a 9/10, some 7/8's. If I were to get back down to 142, it wouldn't look the same because things drift over the years:laugh: . Good luck to everyone!

I only wear mine when I work out. It has been a big help because the numbers on MFP and on the workout machines have not been very accurate for me, so that was my big reason for getting it. It's been a great asset!

I was wondering the same thing about changing my lifestyle in my profile. I usually eat back my exercise calories anyway and since I've been on here awhile, I just went ahead and added an extra 250-300 because of what I was reading on the site and I'm doing fine with that so far. I still might go and change it, though,…
