I did not weigh when I first started so I started keeping track in March and I've lost about 15 lbs a month. Started in January. I know one month I lost 20 lbs. So I keep with the 15 lbs to be safe counting and that's about 75 lbs since January. Only been on MFP since March 25th0

18 since mid Feb. Loosing .5 - 2 lbs a week depending on what I'm doing at work. Closer to .5 when I sit at my desk all the day all the week, 2 lbs when I'm walking all day most of the week.0

34 lbs over 3 years.
I lost 10 in a week or two 3 years ago. I kept that off. Last year, I lost about 20 over a month at the beginning of the year and regained 10 over the holidays of 2011. I lost the regained weight in early 2012 and have been in a holding pattern since then. I go up and down 2-5 lbs, but mostly it's short term gains, from sodium, etc.
This is the first time I've kept off this amount of weight for so long. I still would like to lose 100 lbs.0 -

No.
I initially lost more. Now I lose less. Just focus on hitting your fitness/nutrition goals and let the weight come off as a side effect. Don't make the scale your end-all be-all gauge for success.0 -
93 lbs in 6 1/2 months. Hoping for 100 lbs by 7 months but likely not going to get there.0
