  • I decided not to do the L-Carnitine with my CLA. I do CLA, GLA and half a lemon with half a cup of hot water every morning between breakfast and lunch. I find it helps me feel fuller longer. Not sure if you are still doing it? Did it help you? I just started.
  • whole foods definitely has grass fed animals. I find mine in my local grocery store in the organic section of meat. It will say "grass fed" on the label. Curious... why did the doc say not to take the CLA's? I just started taking them and I couldn't find any bad side effects upon my research.
