CLA with L Carnitine

Has anyone triend the cla carnitine combo does it work ? I received my package yesterday and I am not sure how to use it some say empty stomach some say with carbs. Not sure what to do with it?

    I decided not to do the L-Carnitine with my CLA. I do CLA, GLA and half a lemon with half a cup of hot water every morning between breakfast and lunch. I find it helps me feel fuller longer. Not sure if you are still doing it? Did it help you? I just started.
